Refund will be done through the Original Mode of Payment only.
We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed, and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund of the item purchased. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
Payment Method:
We accept payment by Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED for its products and services. An email notification will be sent to customer once the payment is successful. Customers shall be responsible for paying all charges including vat and bank charges (for outside UAE buyers) or duties associated with using our service. Users are strongly recommended to keep a copy of the transaction details.
Delivery / Shipping Policy
True Quality will do the delivery of your order within 2 working days if the item is available in stock.
We will advise the leadtime of the item incase the delivery time will take more than 2 days.
We are accepting orders outside UAE in Exworks Basis. Customer from outside UAE must take charge of the shipment of their orders. For customers in the UAE, if delivery charge is applicable,it will be presented on the checkout page.
