• Serrated section of the hole saw is made of the best Matrix II high speed steel
• Matrix II steel contains 8% cobalt
• This means that the teeth retain their original hardness even at high operating temperatures during metal cutting.
• High-speed steel teeth are laser-welded to high-alloy steel housing
• The teeth are then vacuum cured at 65 HRC at 600°C to ensure maximum durability and performance
• The high wear resistance of Matrix II steel makes these saws excellent for cutting difficult and hard materials, such as stainless and acid resistant steels, as well as for cutting softer materials, such as wood.
